Includes:
- Latest OpenAI model intelligent responses
- 20 AI agent Q&A entries
- 500 automatic responses per month

## Enterprise Professional — 企業專業版 (Most Popular)

For SMEs and companies with frequent customer interactions.

Includes everything in Personal Business, plus:
- 100 AI agent Q&A entries
- 5,000 automatic responses per month
- Admin dashboard for regular Q&A content updates
- Unanswered questions automatically recorded for database updates
- AI × Human seamless handoff
- Human response database management
- Priority custom integration (additional fees may apply)

## Enterprise Advanced — 企業進階版

For companies with high-volume customer service needs, looking to optimize experience with voice automation.

Includes everything in Enterprise Professional, plus:
- 200 AI agent Q&A entries
- 10,000 automatic responses per month
- Voice optimization features
- Priority custom integration (additional fees may apply)

## Billing Notes

- Annual billing only; no monthly option.
- Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades after the current billing cycle ends.
- Account activated 5–7 business days after payment.
- Overage: extra responses billed per thousand — contact sales for pricing.
- Auto-renewal: disabled by default. Email notification sent before plan expiration.
- Refund window: full refund available within 7 days of account activation, provided the account has not been logged into and no data has been created. After day 7 or first login/data creation, no refunds.
